MINISTRY AMONG WOMENS
WOMENS FELLOWSHIP CONDUCTED ON 2ND OCTOBER 2008
By the Grace of God womens meeting was successfull.
Lots of women participated and were benefited.

WOMENS FELLOWSHIP:
To enlighten the sisters in the congregation with teaching of the scripture to be a good mother, a good wife and to edify there faith, a gathering especially for the ladies is being held every Friday from 10:30A.M to 1:00 P.M. Every year in the month of October a special gathering is being held for the Ladies giving them chance to preach among themselves so that they could carry out the ministry among the women in their vicinity. The sisters trained in the V.B.S training program are helpful in the Sunday school in their respective congregation.

ABOUT US
About us:
My name is Bro. E.K. Nathaiel 5th son of Mr.Kannan and Mrs. Kamala. Born in the year 1959 in a hindu family and brought up in Hindu traditional way. My elder Bro. Durairaj had his education through an Christain Hostel. When he came for his vacation he used to teach us Christian songs, prayers and Christain life . he used to teach us about Christ and His sacrifice to the human being, because of hearing this good news our whole family left Hindu tradition and accepted Christ as our personal savior and obeyed in baptism. Our family was the first people to take baptism in our village. I obeyed in baptism in the year 1977.
I started teaching my fellow students in hostel about Christ. My first preaching was when I was in my 6th grade. After completing my schooling 1983 -1985 I was doing Gospel ministry going to all the villages by walk and cycle. In the evening time I started free tution for school going students, through that I was teaching Bible verses, songs and prayer.
In 1985 I got married and my wife name is Sis. Amutha Nathaniel. After my marriage from 1985 – 1987 June I did my Medical pharmacy in Pondicherry Polytechnic College. But since I was previously involved in ministry I was disturbed whether to do continue my studies or do Lord’s ministry. After a long discussion myself and my wife prayed and took discussion to discontinue my studies and do Lord’s ministry. Though we know that if I complete my education we would have good employment, bright future suffocticated life. But when we read 1 Cor 9:16 we read that its our bound duty to do ministry to the Lord and when we do it rejoice fully we will have great blessings from our Lord. Since I determined to do the Lord’s ministry full time, I decided to learn the word of God properly. I joined in Chennai Bible Teachers Training college in the year 1987 June.
A. Student: Started my carriers as a student from 1987 - 1990
B. Topper in college: By the Grace of God I was topper in all the subjects in my college
C. Worked as a teacher: Our college recognized me and appointed me as a teacher in the same college, where I studied and worked as teacher from 1990 - 1994
D. 1994 Shenoy Nagar ministry was established
E. 2002 Redhils, 2007 Janapachathiram
F. 2008 Athur
My family members are supporting me in my ministry. My wife is joining with me to visit families and do womens ministry. My son is helping me in the congregation and doing ministry among the youths. My 2 daughters are involved in doing ministry among the childrens. Our Lord is using me in many ways
1. Writing songs ( Worship/ Sunday Class V.B.S)
2. Setting tunes ( God has helped us to release 4 CD’s)
3. Speaking in public meetings
4. Forming choir and training them
5. Home Bible study
7. Encouraging other churches through Lord’s word

VBS TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAMME
V.B.S.TEACHER�S TRAINING PROGRAM:
As mentioned in the scripture (Math.19:14) Lord Jesus himself gave lot of importance to the children, taking this into account the ministry among the children is done with lot of care and importance. Every year during the month of May and June the schools are closed for summer vacation. Members of the congregation are trained by a one day Vacation bible school teachers training program. These trained brethren and sisters are used in the 7 days vacation bible schools in which approximately 600 children take part in each region. In this vacation Bible school the children are exposed to the various teaching of the scripture with the help of visual aids ,stories and songs. The songs written by Bro.E.K.Nathaniel is very useful for the ministry among the children. The vacation bible school helps finding lots of new children and has been a very effective tools in reaching non Christian families through the Children.

YOUTH MINISTRY:
The congregation at Shenoy nagar and Red Hills are taking lot of special care for the youth in the local congregation and the supported regions. Every second Sunday of the month a special gathering is being held for the youth teaching them the biblical doctrine, how a Christian youth should be an example to the fellow youth and how they could equip themselves to be an Elder in the future. Once in a year a bible camp is held especially for the youth not only from the Shenoy nagar and Red Hills congregation but also to the youth from much regional congregation from in and around Tamil Nadu.

Bible Seminar
BIBLE SEMINAR:
On August 15th 1947 India got freedom from the colonial rule of the English empire, this day is being followed as the government holiday every year, to make a good use of this day bible seminar is held every year. Every year the bible seminar is conducted based on a theme, many preachers who are well versed with the scripture preach in the bible seminar. This bible seminar not only helps the congregation to edify their faith, but also a lot of people attend the seminar through the hand bills and the wall posters and being displayed in the public places. This seminar has been very useful in getting new contacts and taking the gospel to many mew souls.
